Leaving on a jet plane!

I am just about to fly into San Diego, CA. I am looking forward to the temps being nice and cool. It will be my first visit to California other than LAX. Maybe I will find a little relief!

Sooooooooooooooooo Hoooooooooott!

My goodness.............I think there is a new suburb in Dallas. I thinks its called Hades! Trying to balance your time between family, business trips, lawn mowing (in Hades), the VA and visiting family, is quite taxing on the level of balance I try to maintain. I guess I will take a deep breath and appreciate everything I can because in the end it can always be worse. I know that having been through almost the entire middle east. I gotta go.....................my mental whip is kicking me again!

Burning The Midnight Oil.............As Usual!

Well once again I am up late. I guess it beats last Wednesday because I didn't got to sleep until 5 am. Good Times!! The good news is that since I now must be up at all hours doing work I get to distract myself with Photoshop when I need a break. I guess I find my calmness in creation. Below is a very good friend's daughter and her name is Kate. I told him I would play around with the photo to give him some different views. Although I am just getting started with the program I can see that it is very fun and useful. Especially if you are a budding photographer.

Working on my WIKI

I just found out how easy it was to create a WIKI account but at the sametime I found out that figuring what to put in it was not. I am focusing on Work Life Balance because I believe it is beneficial to everyone in every industry. Its easy to import data to the account and its pretty easy to link other websites as well. Right-Click seems to be the "golden key". I will keep plugging away at it to see how it develops.

I just found the assignment "Digital Natives". I actually found the PowerPoint on WebCT when the class started but when I opened it I could not find anything in it that pertain to an article. I notice this afternoon in the email section that another link was pasted into a response from Dr. Coe. I am going to read and post asap. Also the "Cloud Computing" is not connected to anything. I don’t know if we are supposed to try and download it to just have or it is actually something that we are graded on seeing as it is a learning opportunity.

I do enjoy the "Need a Break" links. They are hilarious.

Just opened my Delicious Account

Hello World,

I just opened a delicious account that seems pretty diverse at the moment. Everything is education to me so there is a dynamic mix of bookmarks from Apple Computers and Solar Energy to the possibility of the 2012 predicted disaster. I have eclectic taste when it comes to learning so I will most likely keep adding and adding as my taste rollercoaster.

Seems pretty easy when you read the definition doesnt it? The truth is that as applied to life this word is one of the most misapplied, misunderstood and overlooked words used in modern American Society.
